What you need to do if affected by the potential SAA strike

As you may be aware, two South African Airways unions have served SAA (“the Company”) with a notice of their intention to strike commencing on 15 November 2019. Although negotiations are continuing to try and avert the strike, the Company has taken a decision to suspend all operations on 15 and 16 November 2019. Your flight MAY be affected, but we are here to help you.
