Best New Airline Winner - Lift
You may not have heard much about Global Brands Magazine because many of the awards given by them are for non South African companies. This year (2023 awards) Lift Airlines won the Best New Airlines Award by Global Brands Magazine (GBM).
Lift has been operational for 3 years and has 28 flights per day (as of January 2024).
GBM evaluates over 18000 companies and categorises them, evaluates and scores.
So what does this award mean?
I recently flew with Lift and I felt they were taking note of the small things that other airlines may be charging more for or simply removed. A simple refreshment in a Vida cup (It is debatable whether it is Vida coffee inside there though), nonetheless maybe more importantly is the ease to change flights with Lift.
