Singapore Airlines will operate 3 additional flights between Johannesburg and Singapore, with a total of 10 a week daily flights. This is between July 1 and August 31, during the period.

Supplementary flight SQ 481 will depart Johannesburg at 19h55 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, arriving in Singapore at 12h20 the following day. Inbound flight SQ 482 will depart Singapore at 14h00, also on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and will arrive in Johannesburg at 18h35.

From March 26, there will be temporal increase in flights via Singapore to  CPT using the JNB Route.

The flights will be operated by an A350-900 aircraft, configured in business class, premium economy, and economy class.
