There will be a new investment of 37 million for the upgrade of the exterior of Cape Town’s Cruise Terminal in E Berth at the Port of Cape Town(V&A Waterfront), announced on Thursday.The two floors above the terminal portion will be constructed  for a restaurant  and event space.The V&A Waterfront has been operating the terminal since December 2015.Their main interest is to develop and run the terminal as a multi use to bring all year round activity.
