So who is this new airline in South Africa? Skywise has recently launched its services for flights from Cape to Johanneburg and with Safair they are starting to cause a stir in the market. An Indication of the recent 20% off sale by Kulula on the 27th May 2015.

Skywise is a new low cost airline which is independently owned. Its mission is to be South Africa’s best loved airline, offering low airfares with the best value. This low-cost carrier has commenced flying between Johannesburg and Cape Town, with flights from as little as R499 one way, all inclusive.

Routes

Skywise Airline is operating domestically, offering daily flights currently, between Johannesburg and Cape Town. Skywise envisions carrying 36,000 passengers per month on its current flight schedule and the flying public can expect expansion of frequency and into other destinations, in the very near future.

Fleet

The fleet consists of Boeing 737 aircraft and our crew and pilots are trained professionals.

Complimentary Insurance

Skywise also offers its passengers peace of mind, knowing that South Africa’s airline market has been quite volatile. However, the airline is so confident that it will succeed and grow from strength to strength, that it includes complementary money-back insurance on every ticket purchased – at no extra cost to its passengers. This means, that in the unlikely event that your flight is cancelled before your departure due to Skywise ceasing its operations, you may claim for reimbursement of your ticket from Regent Insurance Company Limited for up to an amount of R2500.
